At Optimum Peak Wellness, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair access to appointments and programs, we have established the following cancellation policy

Physical Rehab
• Patients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
• We offer one grace exception per patient for a late cancellation or no show.

Personal Training
• Patients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment to avoid losing a session.
• Any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in loss of a session from their package.
• We offer one grace exception per patient for a late cancellation
or no show.

ACE Part 2 Evaluation
• Patients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

NeuroFEEDBACK Cancellation
